  From curbside tellers, counter help, to the branch management in Parma, everyone is trained and very helpful. They are attentive listeners and always willing to offer expert assistance.

  I have been happy since I changed to this bank. I find that the C/S has been top-notch. At one time my card was lost so I canceled it to be safe. A new one arrived in less time then I expected. Late last year there was some suspected fraud on my account. Their fraud department called me before I noticed it had happened. Very small amounts but none the less I cancelled the card. My new one arrived in less then a week and the money was replaced into my account. No hassle at all. I am not charged fees every time I turn around either (or ever). They have always been quick to assist me when I have questions or maybe to open another account. They also had a very nice customer appreciation picnic last year with some good cooked out chicken, burgers and dogs. Of course they had the sides to go along with them too, and ice cream! Overall I think they care about their customers and the services they provide. Compared to several other Banks in this area I find First Federal to be the best.

  The people are friendly, the staff is always there to help you. Best Bank I have been with period. Recommend people to open up a account with them.

  They're a fine bank for a checking account,(which is all I use them for) but their ATM is constantly broken, and I mean constantly! Which gets very frustrating. Even in their brand new building... I can't figure it out?!

  One of the best banks to do business with.Customer service is one of the best in all of the banks I done business with! Superb staff and would give 10 stars if it was available!

  I wouldn't be in a rush to deal with them. The loan officer I meet with treated me without a shread of respect. Good thing there are other places to bank at. The world is full of options many better than others.

  I never have a problem with them since I switched over 15 yrs ago. Never had problems with staff.

  Always a pleasant experience. The staff are very thoughtful and friendly. The manager seems to never forget a face or name. Very personal.

  Good people. Solid straight forward banking which is just what I wanted. Hope to be with them awhile.
