  Went to three different pawn shops before ABC pawn and coin. And all three of them were trying to give me lowball.. offers for my gold they were the only ones that gave me top dollar for my gold. and were honest and fair.. highly recommend if you don't want to get ripped off"

  I wanted to know if I could sale the ring. The female associate kept trying to sell me on the difference in putting the rings as a trade on other rings that I didn't want to do ..then she said she like how I shrugged my shoulder when I wasn't in agreement with my displeasure of her trying to push me in the direction of purchase then she left me at the counter... walked behind the desk left me standing then when the mgr came out she then askif I was helped...then she told her I had been help

  Hello Myron, your review is from 15 weeks ago. I'm sorry you had a bad experience, however no female employees worked here 15 weeks ago. Marty is the only female employee and she just started in May, that was about 6 weeks ago. I think this review was meant for another company, nonetheless, we want to earn your business.   Virtually buy nothing they know they can’t scam you on Edit: I never brought silver in to your store, I’ve never had an in store visit either so I don’t know what your referencing in the reply

  John, it's unfortunate but this does happen often, we are the bearer of bad news. The metal that you brought in and we tested was not silver like you anticipated. We understand this makes people upset when they have an item that turns out to be drastically different than expected. We maintained our professionalism and were cordial while we acknowledged your frustration. The attempts we made to educate you on our testing & verification process were repeatedly met with you cutting us off mid sentence.  Furthermore,  you felt the need to leave a poor review. Despite all of the above facts, please feel free to reach out to us in the future as we are here to help the community.   Put 3 things together asked for a package deal the one employee says to make offer walks away then I assume the owner comes over then asks for full price. He wouldn’t even counter just started putting everything away. After years bartering and negotiating this way by far the most awkward service. Better off going to yard sales.
