  The location is great! easy to access even with construction going all around them. I am able to get my banking done without having to leave upper campus and deal with the (lack) parking. I've had two auto loans with great satisfaction. Holly is the best! she takes the time to explain every detail of the process. I would highly recommend.

  The manager, loan officer and staff are all so wonderful to work with. They're friendly and very helpful when making transactions but most of all when it comes to making financial decisions they're all there to help and support my needs. Thank you for being a part of my life.

  I love University Federal Credit Union! It was great to work with a credit union that cares about my financial needs.   The University Credit Union at the U hospital is the absolute best, every time I go in I am always greeted with a friendly smile by all the staff. Holly H has been the best financial adviser /loan specialist I have ever worked with.

  This branch is amazing! I’ve been with the credit union for over a month so far and I love what we stand for. Despite the construction we get it done and make it a great experience for the member everyday. I’m proud to be apart of this credit union.

  I wanted to open an account but the manger (I'm assuming he is the manger) was very put-out to help me. He immediately grabbed his telephone as the teller approached his office to ask for assistance. I know he saw I was there because he looked right me! I didn't want to inconvenience them with my business so I left. It's a shame because the branch is convenient for me.
