I have been a member of UFCU ever since I left the Bank of America, which is been about 7 years. Not once have I ever had anyone treat me poorly and I have always received what I went into the Credit Union to get or to achieve. Hate this place!! Dinged my credit score instead of a courtesy email/call (said they don't have the resources even they had the resources to contact credit agencies). Denied overdraft protection even tho I've run hundreds of thousands of dollars thru my business account. I'm a busy business owner and this place is absolutely anti-local business owner!
