  This place is a great place to finance your car. They work with you and make sure you leave the lot with a new car. The customer service is excellent. I love my new vehicle and I will be referring everyone to Amber !!! She’s great. Overall my experience was amazing!!

  Very friendly and professional place,😊 I would definitely recommend to anyone. Milady was the person who helped me and she was super friendly and made sure I left with car. I could definitely see myself and family working with them again in the future. If I could them a perfect 10 I wouldn't hesitate

  First time customer with U Drive and can honestly say it was a great experience. Milady was the one who helped me through the entire process and took the time to answer every question and address every concern. I felt I was actually being listened to. Recommend 10/10

  They were very considerate and helpful. They helped me right away. Plus started pulling out my bad tire out of the trunk to check for a leak before I even know it. Very good on timely matter. Did not wait to long at all for 2 tires to be delivered and be put on and spare back in my truck within mins. I didn't wait long at all and they made me feel at ease and home. Thanks so much guys!!!! Awesome Job!!!

  I found Udrive online while I was searching for a local buy here pay here. I called in and spoke to the owner, I explained my credit and financial situation and he was very confident I would be approved. I went straight in, I didn't even walk through the door, and the worlds best saleswoman (Jali) was already there greeting me by name. Jali was so confident from the moment I sat at her desk., which made me feel confident too. She explained in detail everything about the program and process and answered every possible question I could think of. She went above and beyond. I was there on a Friday as I was waiting, lots of people were coming in, throughout all the busyness & dealing with several customers at the same time Jali was still so positive, friendly, and very easy to talk to. I test drove two cars, told the owner which I liked best, and soon after that, I was given the paperwork to sign & began calling my car insurance co. Sisco handled most of the paperwork and insurance stuff towards the end, he was also very down to earth while being informative and professional. After I was given the key to my new car, Jali came outside with me to take pics, I felt like she was as excited as I was!! This was literally the best car buying experience in my life.

  I have never heard of U Drive, I was driving to go take my old car for a Trade in with another buyer, Things there didn’t work out “everything happens for a reason” so I called UDrive spoke with Cisco told him the situation that was going on with my car, He told my boyfriend to do the application got approved went within the next 10 mins, Cisco is who helped us he was very friendly and understanding, we got the process going right then and there, he helped us get a good trade in deal for our old car, we used that money to put down on the car we were interested in he got us that car with no money down!! He explained everything about the car and what the company does to help out their clients, the next thing I know we were walking out with the keys to our new car and driving home. Thank you U drive !! & thank you Cisco .

  The sales professional Amber R helped me in the entire process. My credit isn’t the best but This dealership worked with my situation based on my income. And they also worked with my down payment. I am happy to have done business here.

  Came here after getting a call from them to see about getting a car. And because I'm on SSI they refused to get me financing because they claim I don't get enough money for a car payment plus full coverage insurance. Suggested my boyfriend get the financing in his name, which makes no sense because duh I'm still going to be the one paying for the car and insurance and not him. They are not helpful to anyone who is disabled and on disability. So company responds and says providing a larger down payment will get me approved, and my answer to that is I offered $1000 down payment, and that was not the problem, the girl told me straight out when my brother who I live with would cosign for me that it didn't matter if I had a cosigner because THE BANK SAID I STILL WOULD NOT BE APPROVED BECAUSE I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT. So stop trying to make it seem like it's even remotely possible to get financing for a car. And she kept trying to push for my boyfriend to do the financing in his name, when I said to her he said it makes no sense to do that she said you mean your boyfriend won't buy you a car? Trust me you can't make this stuff up.

  Sorry to hear you were disappointed. Unfortunately the decision on approving your financing is not determined at the store level. We want to approve everyone. This can be achieved by a larger down payment. Please let us know if this is an option.

  Worst experience I have ever had when looking for a car! Opened a car to look inside and was hit with a very strong smell of marijuana and in the same car in the cup holder was a half smoke blunt!! As we continued to look at cars they were filled with trash! Majority of the cars had a bunch of scratches an/or big dents in them. These are the same cars they are trying to sell, how disgusting!! The general manager was extremely rude, we were parked in parking spaces and he rudely asked us to move our car as it was “blocking” him. We were in a parking space that was know where near where he was? And then proceeded to say “your business won’t affect me”. Will never be back and will never recommend or have anything good to say about this place after this!!

  Went here to get a car and the agent Amber did everything that she could to make sure that I left with a car. The car had some issues but the dealership and mechanics did everything they could to fix the problems and went above and beyond for my husband and I. I highly recommend Amber and U Drive.
