  I had my car serviced there for the first time today. The people behind the desk were very friendly. The service guys did a little extra for me at no charge. Talk about customer retention! I'd recommend this place for service. Great experience!

  Let me tell you these guys are awesome. I bought a used 2005 Pontiac Grand Am from their used car lot. Had an "As Is" warranty and sadly I didn't buy a warranty and a few days later needed some bad engine work from a bad spark plug/cylinder head. Even though I didn't get the warranty they were still willing to help me with the repairs at a discounted price. I can't tell you enough how thankful I am for that. From someone having a rough point in their life every bit that comes my way helps and I will always be thankful for them helping me when they didn't have to. I will definitely check back here first for any future cars.

  I purchased a $30K car here 2 years ago, my second Hyundai purchased from Seidel. They gave me a "free" inspection and said I needed tires. I opted to go elsewhere for my tires. They said if I brought it back within a week, they would not need to charge me for the inspection. I did that, and then they charged me $31 for the inspection anyway. Be warned, they'll offer you and your family "free" inspections, but it's really just a scam to get you to do the repairs with them. I will not be returning here for service or sales in the future.

  When driving home on Thanksgiving evening after dark, our 2013 Tucson struck some unseen road debris on a rural country road. We were ale to schedule an appointment quickly at Seidel Hyundai to get the problem evaluated. The repair was fairly extensive and included replacing the radiator, A/C condenser and some other parts. All critical work to return a reliable vehicle to us was completed in that first visit. In addition, the Service Department kept us updated during the day as work progressed.   A great dealership and a great automobile. I've been driving a Hyundai product for past 17 years. Extremely low maintenance required but when I need maintenance, Seidel dealership provides courteous, efficient service. I'll keep coming back.

  Dave Weisman was my salesperson and I have been using him for car purchasing for 2 years now. I've had a tremendous experience purchasing both my cars from Savage Hyundai and Dave pulled all the strings to get me what i wanted. He did such a great job that my wife came in 3 days later and purchased a car and Dave assisted her as well. Thanks for the great vehicles and service!

  Took my wife's car there for a required software update. It was out of warranty at the time but according to another dealership should have been done when it was there a previous time. Under a $100 fix which I asked them to cover since it was not out of warranty long they wanted to hear nothing about it. Customer service is 99% of the game so this became a 30k fix since my wife is trading her car in Friday elsewhere this is why you take care of your customers with a software update for free. This was our second Hyuandai we owned.
