  We have bought and sold homes through our Self-Directed IRA, specifically—UDirect over the past 10 years. We recently sold our last two investment properties. It is complex and has to be done correctly. David Rodriguez guided us—sent title, my Realtor and myself the information and forms/disclosures with explicit instructions as to how they were to be filled out. He was both patient and thorough.   Over the last year, I have transferred an old 401K account to uDirect to invest in a couple of different real estate syndications. I've had the opportunity to email or speak with a few different people on the team and am always impressed with their quick and helpful responses. They've been helpful in letting me know what they need and then execute transactions quickly.

  In working with David at uDirect, he tells me exactly what forms need to be submitted, how they are to be signed, and how long it will take to have my documents reviewed. He communicates well and is responsive when I need him to be. The fees at uDirect are much less than other custodians as well. Great value!

  I cannot say enough good things about uDirect. All of the staff or courteous and responsive. I needed to convert a traditional IRA to a self directed Roth IRA, then purchase shares in a new IPO. I informed my transaction manager, David Rodriguez, that I was in a time crunch. Without making unrealistic promises, he was able to successfully execute the entire request within 24 hours.
