  Not only was New Leaf Funding able to help me lock in a rate that was more competitive than other lenders, they were always available and communicative throughout the entire process. In a market where speed is of the essence, New Leaf Funding was able to help my offer on a home look as attractive as possible. As a first time homebuyer, it is difficult to navigate the purchase of a home but Paul Connolly was someone I could lean on to get valuable insight on every piece of the transaction. His transparency and honesty is admirable and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough if you are also looking for a trustworthy lender.

  My husband and I have used New Leaf Funding a few times now and each time we couldn’t have been happier with Rick and his team! They are the best! The level of customer service and professionalism is outstanding! They got us the best rates and answered all of our questions and made things easy and organized. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you’re in the market to refinance or for a mortgage loan.

  This review is long overdue but I couldn’t end the year without expressing my gratitude to Rick and his team. I was overwhelmed by the idea of a home refinance but after just my first conversation with Rick, he had simplified every step and provided me with an easy checklist of the documents needed. Once everything was approved, he took the time to answer all my questions about the loan details and gave me the assurance I needed to feel comfortable and confident before signing. Their response time was excellent and it was evident everyone works together to guarantee efficiency. The process from my first inquiry to funding was almost exactly a month which was so much faster than I imagined. I’m very happy with the outcome and the service I received.

  This is an long overdue review but i just want to appreciate the help of Hector Jaramillo at New Leaf Funding Inc. Hector was helping from the start to finish with my mortgage application. He is very dedicated and resourceful in making sure you have all you need for a succesful closing . He communicates persistently and return your calls on time and helped us close sooner then normal.   New Leaf Funding saved me and my partner. We were in escrow for our first home and the lender we were using were just so unresponsive. We felt like we were getting the run around and excuse after excuse on why our loan was not moving along. My girlfriend recommend New Leaf and I'm grateful for it.   Stacy Brian was extremely helpful. My husband and I had to deal with a difficult seller when buying our first home and Stacy went above and beyond to take care of us.
