  My sister in law bought a necklace and a charm that was 14kt gold. The necklace broke her out. So she went to pawn it and to only be told the chain was fake. So becareful buying gold here. They have been known to sell fake jewelry.

  I've bought three things here all had problems. A dremel works but motor overheats. Serger(type of sewing machine) had missing pieces. 3/8 air ratchet died at first use. Three strikes I'll never step back in there store.

  I have always been treated with courtesy and professionalism at this shop. That's the vibe I put out, and the staff has never failed to reciprocate.

  Most horrible place in knoxvillle. They don’t know how to attend people properly. It takes two people to help one person. The brunette girl there is rude and unprofessional. They don’t have their stuff together and ready to attend. I will never go in there again. And it’s a shame because they have good stuff in there but their customer service sucks!!!!!

  Can't believe someone as rude as this dark haired woman works with the public. No wonder I have never heard of this place before. This is my first and will be my last time visiting this pawn shop.

  They’ve always been super friendly and reasonable with prices on anything I bring in I’ve never had any issues but then again I don’t walk in looking like trouble so maybe that’s why lol

  Went into the pawnshop today to Pawn a Item .Was met by the head manager which was a black hair lady she was extremely rude off the bat ! This manager is running alot of money away from this pawnshop and needs to be fired !!! she is extremely rude and does not handle herself in a professional way!

  I would give negative stars if I could!!! Go anywhere BUT HERE!!!!! Management lies to get you to pawn your stuff, and then tries to weasel more money out of you to get it back. Con artists!!! Get a loan somewhere instead!!
