Paul Bowers5I have always had pleasant experiences at this bank, especially with the tellers. They actually listen to your unique situation and do everything in their power to make things work for you. The reason I know this is special to this bank is that I have had a very opposite experience at different Bank of America locations. However, this one is a shining star. The only complaint I have about this bank is the parking and access to the ATM, which is dependent on the building being open. Keep doing what you all are doing! I’ve banked with you for almost 10 years now.

Debbie Jacques5I was greeted by a very friendly customer service person asking if she could help. I told her I had an appointment but was a bit late. This was not a problem, She immediately found the person I needed. I waited about 1 minute. He was also quite friendly and accommodating. He completed the transaction I needed quickly. He walked me out of his office. He and the customer service lady asked if I needed anything else and wished me a great day. This was my first time at this branch. It was a great experience.

Ranch House121 unanswered calls. TWENTY ONE. Ya’ll. This is a great big ol’ national chain bank. How in the world are they going to not answer twenty one calls, on an non-holiday, weekday, during business hours?! I give up. We’ll be switching back to our small town bank. 0/5, do not recommend. In response to the owners response, I’m a member of a small, local bank. It has 3 employees, and serves a community of hundreds. It’s always packed, from open to close, and they have NEVER missed a phone call. Don’t give me “this isn’t a call center.” It’s a bank. With my money in it. And when I cease to be able to get in contact with the people paid to take care of my money, is the day the bank ceases to be useful.

Scotty2We set up an account this past June and was told that there was NO maintenance fee as long as we had a deposit of at least $250. We looked at our statement and saw that they took $25 the last two months for a total of $50. Now we're sitting here in the lobby, an hour so far, and still have the same person waiting in front of us. This is the worst bank ever. They have one person waiting on everyone coming in, and only one customer service person. UPDATE: We ended up waiting almost 2 hours, but the gentleman that waited in us was very nice and took care of our issue without any problems. Both he and the clerk behind the counter apologized for the long wait. I would give the two people I felt with 5 stars, but they are severely understaffed.

TheDullahan2An overall nice bank when it is open, but the fact that you can't even access the ATM on weekends or "bank holidays" is ridiculous. The average person works during the same hours this bank is open and is only off on those same days, so the only option is to either find a way to schedule your trip to the ATM on your lunch break during the work week, or make the 25 mile trip to the next closest BofA ATM.

Satsuki Hajime Lee2To many issues to list. Finally closed the account but the guy didnt close it like he said so now I owe 159$ because of overdraft fees I shouldnt even owe due to an error on their part. I feel robbed. The guy shredded my card and everything. I deleted the app and went on with my life thinking the account was inactive for 2 WEEKS. Then after they took the money out they finally sent an email 2 days after overdrafting. Bank with a different bank and save yourself the issues I went through. Trust me youll appreciate me later for telling you this.
