  This is outrageous, U.S Home Capital claimed if lender doesn't received a refund from HUD the lender has nothing to refund to the borrower. Stonegate Mortgage which is my servicing company has already refunded me all of the monthly PMI I have made on my account. You really want to know why you haven't received anything from HUD is because the check was Topheld by treasury for debt owed to treasury. I have documents to prove it...Stonegate Mortgage has advised me to pursue this matter in court...You guys have been ignoring my phone calls, emails. So I have to air out your dirty laundry. See you in court.

  Do not even try they bulled my wife credit report without even telling us. They will make you feel like worthless to them. Very arrogant man. I will never use. Never trust

  We were sent documentation of joint income for Dr. Michael and his wife, asked for permission to pull credit and received a written reply authorizing it and only after discussing the report did Dr. Michael advise us that his wife was not involved. The advice provided to Dr. Michael was professional and accurate. Privacy laws preclude us from discussing specifics but in general there are some people that get ornery when told they can't have what they want.
