  Caroline is such a doer. She closed my home purchase ~2 years back with a lower than market mortgage rate. A few days ago she called me out of blue to chat about refinance with even lower rate. Who does that? We proceeded with refinance and she quickly cleared a few hurdles along the way with her extraordinary capability to execute and get stuff done. With 0 closing costs, now my rate is 0.5% lower than before. Sometimes I wondered what she got out of it.
