  Mind-bendingly terrible bank for business accounts. They pull a bait-and-switch. They'll tell you anything to get your account, and then the service falls off a cliff after about 2 months. There is literally nothing as bad as dealing with these people. They lie through their teeth.

  They put a $67,000 deposit into another account . Our bookeeper caught the shortfall days later. The bank did not catch the big mistake. Beware !! Prior to that they had lost checks in a previous deposit. BEWARE !!!

  This bank is great. You definitely get a lot of personal one on one. I got a student loan consolidation with great terms and a specific contact that walked me through the process. I also love that you can use any ATM anywhere. The only issue I ever had was a problem where a monthly recurring payment went out the first month but not the second. There was a little frustration with the phone team, but once I went into the branch in person, I got everything resolved quickly and painlessly. They immediately wrote cashiers checks to the payee's and overnighted them; no cost to me. They even gave me $50 for my trouble. I couldn't believe it. Most banks try to blame you for any problem. I love that the tellers actually have the power to fix things on their own best judgement.

  Was waiting to speak to someone about opening up an account. Tall male in a light grey suit, heavy set brown complexion actually pushed me aside. That person needs training in customer service and common human courtesy. Then Lorrie came over to assist me. Excellent customer service, was very patient and provided plenty of information as well as a nice tote bag. Thank you Lorrie for turning my first impression of this bank around.

  The worst business bank I have worked with. They're keep making mistakes. There are fees for everything. Customer service sucks. If you have a credit line with this bank, they will not report your good payment history to duns and Bradstreet or other credit report agencies. They will only report it when you don't pay. I strongly recommend staying away from this bank.

  First Republic ATM team found someone in another part of the state using my card immediately. I called a branch office after I received a notice of fraud they found me help right away. There is no waiting or computer voices or being transferred around to different clueless clerks. The service at First Republic is exceptional and you really want this kind of service and protection for your hard earned money. Thank you Lina at ATM service! Alison Blume

  Terrible customer service. Don't know where they find the people they hire. Getting refinanced has been nothing but problems with misinformation and a constant struggle with communication. Wouldn't put $1 in their bank.
