  Be extremely Careful of those folks, they sound great, they make everything sound great, but when I tried to sell my house, the buyer wanted to transfer the loan to his name, and those people started coming up with all sorts of fees, and transfer fees, and requested the solar incentive fee of $6000 to be paid, and worst yet, when the buyer tried to pay for that they absolutely refused, then they took an extra payment from my bank account, basically they turn from the nicest people to the nastiest people if you ever try to sell your house. Just be careful, Iwouldn't sign anything or use them.

  This company allowed my husband to finance a loan under my name and social security information. After reviewing the contract, my signature on the contract, phone numbers, emails, bank acct numbers does not match mine and they told me they can’t remove it from my credit. I was told if I wanted to remove it, I can get another loan to pay them off. I even sent them an affidavit with my original signature and information and they couldn’t do nothing.

  Worst experience ever its extremely difficult to get a live person on the line and when you do they cant fix any problems you may have and they trsnsfer you to corporate talked with Abraham we was sending me some paperwork never recieved anything have called a few more times and have never recieved a return call back. My solar salesman fraudulently signed papers and didn't have my permission to run a credit check I never agreed to the terms of the loan but I have a loan with them the interest rate is higher than was told it would be same with the payments I have told them I haven't signed anything but they dont care. They may be easy to get financing from like the other people have stated in their reviews but once you have a problem your on your own. DON'T DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!

  I have this exact same experience. "We had the misfortune of doing a solar loan with Dividend. We will never work with them again or refer friends. High rates, zero flexibility to restructure to assist a client, obstinate staff, and promises of call backs from customer service and the corporate office that never came. We'll be taking our business elsewhere".

  Worst experience I've ever had. Uptown Solar was the one that sold us the panels and finance was through Dividend. Uptown Solar is now out of business. Loan for solar panels is not explained clearly. You are screwed if you haven't paid off your panels and you want to sell your house. I do not recommend working with them at all.

  Just had my system energized - here in Central Florida - but the entire process (so far) has been very straightforward, professional and friendly. And everything has been exactly as promised. Also, Momentum Solar (my contractor) is top-notch (they also get 05 stars).

  Great company until one of their customers tries to transfer the solar panels to the buyer of their home. Dividend took their time responding to the potential buyer's request to assume the loan. Then told them they did not have enough income when their mortgage company could approve them for a larger home and when it supposedly replaces a power bill. If you are condsidering getting financing for solar panels, think again, this company makes it a nightmare and is incredibly difficult to work with!!!

Loan assumptions can be difficult, as we require the same criteria to underwrite new customers as we did for you initially. Often when this is the circumstance, the value of the electricity produced over the life of the system is added to the home value, and the system is paid off with the home sale.   Compared to the other companies offering the same, this one was the least stressful to deal with. From start to finish, it was easy. They arrived on time, every time and always kept it professional. Best of all, there was no inconvenience on my part for any part of this to take place. Would recommend to friends.
