  My husband and I worked with LaShawnda Padilla at the Pueblo Downtown location and we were very pleased with the service we received. Mrs Padilla is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I enjoyed working with her and in the future hope to only work with her concerning our financial needs.

  Shawnda Padilla and Antionette Aguero were so friendly. I withdrew money to buy a camper. They both went out of their way to help me. I highly recommended this branch! They know what they are doing and are SO friendly!! It was a great experience. I am from out of state or I would always frequent this branch. Thank you for all of your help!!

  Access is via appointment only, but the number listed to make an appointment was just a closed message. Eventually was able to attract the notice of someone inside in order to setup an appointment an hour later just so I could access my own deposit box.

  Gabriel is very callous and uninformed. im doing flood work in Houston, and he totally failed to resolve a minor issue with my deposits. there are no branches in Texas.
