  Chris and Vickey knocked it out of the park for me. Loan process was breezy. Many options for rate lock-in, and Chris worked with me over something like eight months through my new home build. At the end we worked out a great deal for the interest rate with some points paid and I'm very happy with the entire loan process. Would definitely recommend loan depot and would use them again in the future.

  The overall experience was great. Again, Chris was a pleasure to deal with. He made us comfortable and explained things well. He was very communicative and made sure we were ok during the process. He kept us on our deadlines. He was overall the backbone to us having a great experience. He even helped settle the frustration between Christy and us.

  Chris Bongniro was awesome from the start. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. When we would call he would answer amd if not he would always get back to us promptly. We are new home buyers so we didn't know a lot of stuff and he was right there teaching us and helping us understand. I would recommend anyone to this great guy!

  Communication is key! I always know that if I call, someone will answer. If they can't answer, they always get back to me VERY quickly! It is very frustrating when representatives delay responding or just ignore you. This has NEVER happened with LoanDepot. I really appreciate the way they make me feel respected and valued! I recommend Loan Depot to everyone I know!!
