  Completed 2 closings here, and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Raquel (Rocky) Padilla assisted me both times, and had everything lined up and ready to go. When we ran into minor hiccups she was ready with solutions. Location is easy to get to and parking was always available. The office itself is on the first floor, tucked inside the building. Very nice location. I highly recommend Land Title and hope you have similar experiences as mine.

  Jennifer Grove is an absolutely wonderful woman to work with. I was doing a sale by owner so she made sure to help me through the process and ensured I was well prepared for my closing day. She was so responsive to any inquires I had and always left me feeling well informed. My closing went smoothly and I would gladly work with land title and specifically Jennifer in the future, thank you again!
