Julie VanZandt1Stood in line to open savings account. Was told it would be shortly. Only one person could set it up, have a seat. A man came in with an appointment but was told we would definitely be next. Nope, another lady came in with an appointment. Just be HONEST! An hour later we finally walk out. Went to a different branch and was given an honest answer, not a BS response to keep us there.

Andrew Corrao2While the staff is friendly enough there is always at least a 15 to 30 minute wait in the lobby. Additionally I've been told that certain services (like adding someone to an account) was not possible due to specific issues with accounts but then another branch did it easily.

Craig Lantz1This branch is chronically understaffed. I waited half an hour in the lobby to cash a check. I usually plan to spend 20 minutes in the dive through lanes. Today they had 2 tellers for 3 drive through lanes and the lobby.

Lisa B1I avoid this branch at all times. I will drive farther to not deal with such utter incompetence. Like Donna, May 2017 review, I had a similar if not worse, experience with Jacqueline. I'm truly confused as to "why" she is still employed by US Bank. Damn shame that the Gladstone Hy-Vee branch was closed a few weeks ago. Each and every employee at that location were always both professional and polite.

Donna Hall1Don't even deserve the one star. On May 20th, 2017, my husband and I went into the US Bank branch at 6098 NE Antioch Road Kansas City, MO 64119. We needed to convert our savings accounts to checking account. When we told by the teller that we would have to see Jacqueline so we waited. When we could speak with Jacqueline I stated that we needed to that same thing that I had said to the teller, Ms. Jacqueline stated it can’t be done. I was like we had been told it could be done at a different branch (I didn’t even get to finish and she said it couldn’t be done). She did something on her computer and said it couldn’t be done. I started to explain why we needed to change them and she (didn’t let me finish) and said it couldn’t be done. At that time, I said close the Christmas savings account and tried to explain what was going on so maybe something could be figured out (again she interrupted me). My husband said to her let my wife finish what she is saying. So, I tried again and Jacqueline did not let me finish and just stated that it couldn’t be done. My husband was furious at how rude she was being and stated we would go to another branch and get help. My husband got up and walked out of her office and Jacqueline handed me my Id and debit card and then said this “Thank you for being so rude.” She said so loud that my husband and the people waiting outside the office could hear that. It took every fiber in my body not to turn around and explain to Jacqueline just how rude she had been and how her customer service skills needed to be work on. (As my husband and I both work full time as Customer service reps.) I also knew I needed to get my husband out of the branch as he was quite pissed. We will never go to this branch again, as I have been in this branch and informed that I would have to pay for money orders (my husband and I have a Platinum account because I am a Veteran). That show that tellers at this branch didn’t bother to look up my account after I had given them my ID and debit (so they can look up my account) this happen twice at this branch.

Lydia Bonakies1I usually never write reviews, but I felt the need to write this one. I usually go to the plaza branch for US Bank but since I was up north and needed to make a stop I decided to go to this branch and the customer service was absolutely horrible. The teller took my card and I thought that he was helping me but instead had my card sitting on the counter while he helps someone in the drive thru. If you are working drive thru then I could have patiently waited for the next counter attendant, but I guess they were trying to make it seem as though they were taking care of everyone but instead I end up waiting even longer because he decided to take care of drive thru first .

Nikki Dean5I've been a customer of US Bank for about six years, and they have always been great! The Gladstone Branch is my favorite because they are always happy and smiling. I LOVE going through the drivethru and chatting with Nick the teller; he always makes my day better, no matter what's going on! They have had the same staff for years now and they all know me by name. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT THAT SMALL, "HOMETOWN BANK" FEELING!!!

Terry Murdock1I left one star review based on not being able too get through on the phone. But after being told they were short staffed I feel bad about the review. The staff there is amazing and try their best under the circumstances.
