  I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I had a horrible experience with this bank and I have still not heard back from the General manager as I requested. It has been over 3 months and I have not heard from anyone at US Bank. The service that I was encouraged to take advantage of by one of the Tellers (who was actually very nice) caused me more problems than it was worth - which I did not need it to begin with. I spoke to the manager who was very rude and did not take responsibility. I am still very upset…

  Terrible customer service. They refuse to give change. I used their ATM and had to pay a fee and when I needed to change the bills, they refused to do it because I didn't have an account with them. People need to stop doing business with banks that do this to people because it is not a federal regulation. It's their own way of luring you in and forcing you to do business with them. Absolutely terrible

  I have banked here for years and years and gotten superb customer service from many many of their bankers and managers including unusual requests fulfilled. They have been thoughtful and creatively solved problems. I am sad when some of the bankers like Eric and Andrew move on to other opportunities bc they were so amicable and accommodating over the years. Each became my friend the Neighborhood banker. Sad to see them go but in their place were always new wonderful personnel. So if the measure is consistency over Time they are proven. I don’t know what all this negativity is about it’s a phenom community bank.

  I have found the staff here to be both friendly and helpful, so I give them five stars. US Bank as a whole, 2 stars.

  I think they are dishonest, not helpful, and incompetent at that branch. I would like to see that branch close down, because I have been a fan of US bank overall.

  This bank and manager Raquel are the worst to deal with. Lots of promises and no delivery. Do yourself a favor and forget US Bank and this branch.
