  Wonderful people, stable staff (little turnover, so over the years to get to know folks), helpful in dealing with the frankly horrid back-office computer system. If you bank in person, wonderful, can't say enough good things. If you travel out of state or rely on online banking (or worse, if you travel to Korea, where very few banks accept the UB debit card) look elsewhere for your personal banking.

  Went to cash a check. I don’t have an account there. They charged me $10 TO CASH A CHECK ON THEIR ACCOUNT. Then, they refused to cash it until the account holder called them back. What good is a check? This is why I will NEVER have an account at a “bank” again. I highly recommend credit unions. They don’t steal money from average people.

  Very bad customer service, I tried to talk to a manager about my problem with the service and she did not even bother to come talk to me , just from where she was sitting said no to what I wanted to talk about. I will close my account as soonest possible for me. I visited the bank on 10/30/15 and manager on duty was Edwina smith .

  I love my bank & it's personnel. The only reason I'm not goving them 5 stars is they keep moving the management around.

  Worst experience I've ever had in life experiencing with a bank the ATM machines are old outdated 1980 s technology 20 years old and refused to update
