  A social security number should NOT be required for an employee to do a cash deposit for the business they work for. It is NOT legal to collect this information - the employee has nothing to do with the transaction and should not have to give anything other than a form of ID. This branch doesnt seem to understand this. Other branches do. Given the manager wouldnt budge on her belief, I doubt she would accommodating working with other business related accounting issues. She wouldnt admit she was wrong even when other branches understand only someone banking with them needs to surrender such info. Bank elsewere.

  Terrible customer service. ATM is broken. Don’t waste your time - go to another branch until they change mgt and fix the amenities at this branch.

  Walked in and worked with Babak Solis. He was professional, gracious, knowledgeable, & resourceful. We walked in with some difficult technical questions/issues. He was able to resolve them.   Friendly customer service for the wealthy but if you're a poor bloke like me, you might want to bank somewhere else.

  People that with at this bank are shower nice and friendly. Bank is clean and lines are minimal... That said Citibank is absurd and will change checking and savings account terms and add hidden fees all the time... There are other banks still that are more consistent with there terms.
