  Tellers are RUDE and UNWILLING TO HELP at the Dana Point Branch.. I have been with them for over 10 years and hate going to only this branch. All other branches I have no problems with but this branch could care less about keeping your business.

  Wow I really don't know what to say. Issue after issue with this branch. We are overdrawn now because the teller didn't process our deposits correctly. I've also noticed many checks deposited were for the wrong amount (less than what they were supposed to be).

  Been banking here since it was Downey Savings for over 25 years. Great service. The manager is still there. Everyone says hi and they work hard to help people. Thank you!

  I happen to be looking for the hours today and noticed the replies from the bank I really appreciate them taking the time to individualize problems they have had at their branch because I definitely have had a ton of problems at this branch seems like they truly care
