  We are very happy and impressed with the service we got for refinancing our house in Carlsbad from Axel Zaccardo (Mortgage Advisor) and Carolyn Young (Loan Officer). They both helped us immensely during the whole process. They taught us many things that we need to know during this process. They both were very efficient, friendly, polite and extremely calm.   Had the most professional dealings with Axel Zaccardo . He treated both my wife and I as if we were his most important customers. We had time line phone conversations through the entire VA refinance process We closed today and funded 2-11-2021 Axel stated that he would remain in contact until we were able to set up direct payments with the lender. It has been a pleasure dealing with Axel and he is a valuable asset to your business I would not not will not hesitate to refer him to anyone I know .   I would recommend to anybody financing or refinancing there property. I had Chad Garrett help me through my refinancing of my home and he was very patient, understanding and made sure we had a very good deal that would work within our budget.   What they did: -I was told I could not refinance from FHA to conventional, they fixed this. -I had to pay off my Keep Your Home California lien and refi where previously I was told I would not be able to. They fixed that for me and it's PAID! - on top of that LOWER PAYMENTS LOW-INTEREST RATE I would take them to Disneyland if I could. That’s how happy I am... World-class service! I didn’t know what to expect but I was NOT disappointed. Chad Garret and Lauren Tickey came through at every turn making the process of refinancing a wonderful and seamless experience. Of course I was pretty easy to work with too - quickly responding to any information they needed making everything that much more process friendly. I was not an easy case but they made me feel like it was a breeze. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for A++ quality service! Chad and Lauren were responsive and above average knowledgeable. They quickly were able to answer questions for me where previous companies seeking to refinance me failed and this is why I chose them, exactly how I knew they were the right ONES. Not only is he a very personable good guy, he answered all my questions, kept me updated every step of the way and was completely straightforward and honest.   Bydand Home Loans and specifically, Chad Garrett, were awesome. Chad was able to close my refi in a matter of weeks. 6 months earlier, I had started the refi process with US Bank (my mortgagee at the time) and every month I would have to update previously submitted documents because of their delay. (To this date, US Bank hasn't even approached a closing of my refi application). Chad was both professional and friendly. Kept me well informed and made the entire refi a pleasant experience.

  Kim was professional, responsible and fast. She explained everything carefully and was always easy to reach. A pleasure to work with. From first contact to loan payoff took less than three weeks and it only took that long because the loan co-signor was not able to meet with the notary until the weekend.

  Kim was very professional and handled all the details of our refinance on our mortgage quite well. She managed to get the payments where we wanted them and all terms of the loan were satisfied. She was always available to answer questions and provide guidance and help with all necessary services such as having the notary come directly to our home which made things much easier. Kim is the best!
