      I've always had a great experience with Tuttle-Click Ford Capistrano. Dennis is my service provider and I have used him for a few years now and he is always willing to go the extra mile to help.       They were the most user friendly dealer ever. For the last 25 years we dealt exclusively with a dealer in the San Fernando valley, but they were not able to make a deal on the car I wanted!!!! So we looked all over and found Tuttle-Click! Marchin was amazing to deal with. We drive 75 miles and got the car I wanted at a very fair price! Goodbye to galpin. Hello Tuttle-click!

      Had some work done while I wait. It is fine if I have to wait around the estimated time. It was 2.5 hours. I asked to wash car upfront at start so they wouldn't have me wait at end. After waiting at cashier they then an me if I want car washed....if so 30 min more. This seems to happen every time....by then I was packed up and ready to go....so no wash after 3 hours I ding 1 star for not listening to instructions at start. Another star for giving me no report on an alignment I paid for. No before and after measurements. I have no record of what was done, if anything, as far as alignment. Another star off for that. .also nobody followed up with me about my visit.......I won't deduct any stars for that as I did get a text with this review link. That's what brought me here.

      Great experience. It didn’t feel high pressure sales. They showed me the trucks I would like and were able to work with me to get into a the truck I wanted, with the payments I could afford, even with a not so great credit score

      I have never given less than a 3 star review because I know that bad reviews can really make an impact, but the service I received over 3 days was TERRIBLE!! My car was there for 3 days, I was told it would take 1. When I came to pick up my car after not receiving a status update it still was not finished. The license plate, which is a simple task was still not attached. After being offered a car was twice, they didn't bother washing it. Bob was careless, Julio was very short and rude, James did not communicate sufficiently. The service was so bad and wasted so much of my time that I actually felt the need to take the names down. SO BAD I LOGGED INTO MY BOTH OF MY GOOGLE ACCOUNTS AND LEFT 2 REVIEWS.

      The service department was friendly and responsive. The car was ready as promised both with the initial work done and the extra work we authorized. We would have given them 5 stars; however both the service advisor on the phone as well as the one who helped us forgot to mention it was due for its 60k fluid and transmission serving (thus the extra work we authorized).

      The sales person that helped us was vary professional and knew the ford products vary well .the whole process was easy with the technology that they use for forms and on line processes made it much easier to review and sign documents. The financial person was vary helpful and made us feel vary comfortable with the finance part of the process. Also we liked the Ford Edge vary much meats all of our needs
