  Terrible experience it has a large drive through to take in about 5 cars but only 2 are active which congests the line to make you wait extremely long, once you arr next the tellers take very long to something as simple as a balance check or a withdrawl. Utterly bad service i dont recommend you go here unless if you like waiting in line for hours, if not go to the harlem location next to the jewel. Better service they take you fast and they use all their lanes.

  Never had a problem with either drive thru or walk in. Nice friendly people. I've always used drive thru for simple tasks. I would recommend go inside for any convoluted or complicated transactions.

  I have been banking with U. S. Bank for years and this location is one of the best I've experienced. Maybe not always the fastest, but that is banking; lots of paperwork and process, usually for good reason. The cheerful, helpful, and friendly service at this location is always a pleasure.

  GM is one of the least knowledgeable managers ever, waiting time on average is 25 minutes. Today was the worse day, I understand training people might take a while, but it was absolutely ridiculous. I will never recommend this location. Embarrassing!!!

  I had very pleasant experience doing business at this branch. I think banker name was Christina. Professional, efficient and kind.

  Horrible teller service. The teller was rude and not helpful. I've been a customer for almost ten years. Never had any problems with service until I went to this location. Never again.
