Amanda Delgado3I’ve been a credit union member for a long time. I’ve spoken to many customer reps when NuMark was NorthStar and they were all very kind and helpful. Today I spoke to Yvonne or Shavonne (I’m sorry if neither is correct!) and she was not helpful or kind at all. Which is very disappointing. She gave me phone numbers to call the services I needed myself and when I asked her what the notes of my account were to be prepared to speak to the servicer she sounded very annoyed. I spent 30 minutes on hold and she rushed me off in less than 5 minutes. I guess if Sammy would have called me back when she said she would I wouldn’t have needed to call said employee. 3 stars because every other branch has always been very helpful.

Joe Bautista5Over the past 6-7 years I have had the pleasure in getting to know Andrea and Becky over at the Countryside branch. I can not express how fortunate I am to have genuine people care about me and go out of their way to make certain I am well taken care of. Their level of professionalism is second to none. I have been introduced to Justine and she has been friendly and courteous to me as well. These wonderful ladies are truly an asset to NuMark Credit Union! I will continue to refer as many people as I know to them and to this specific branch! Kathryn Kohl-Spexet5I have been with Numark for years and years. Wouldn't go anywhere else! The service and personnel are fatastic. The Managers Mack Story and Marisol are beyond helpful. They go out of their way to do whatever is requested. The counter and drive up personnel are amazing and friendly. You won't get this personal and courteous friendly service at any bank. Fianced my carthrough hem in 2014 nd it was a great experience. Its just turned to 2021 and I wanted to post a review to say THANK YOU AND HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone at NuMark Countryside. You are all phenominal!

Robert McKinney5What can I say! Numark Credit Union was awesome. I went into the bank and sat with Marilyn Rojas on 1/15/2020 and spoke with her about a personal loan. Marilyn was awesome and provided me with great knowledge on Numark’s products and services. I was unsure if I wanted to apply for a personal loan at that time; only because past experience really had me questioning what I wanted my next move to be. Marilyn advised me that her manager would be in next day if I wanted to sit and speak with him. On 1/16/2020 I sat with Mack Story branch manager who reinstated exactly what Marilyn told me; I love walking into a place of business where everyone is on the same page, where all employees has the exact same knowledge on products, services and the process. With my concerns I had with applying for a personal loan Mack was able to do a soft pull on my credit and “preapprove me” for what I needed. After a few days of getting personal information that the bank needed, I was able to come into the branch and get my loan within 1hr. Friendly staff, awesome service, and a great place to bank! Teresa Kurnat1I heard the commercial on the radio that advertised 1.49% refinancing auto special with approved credit. My credit score is over 800. I applied over the phone and the representative assured me I would qualify. No where in this conversation was I ever informed that certain restrictions may apply such as the year of the car. After they ran my credit, they advised me that due to the fact my car is a little older, I would not qualify for the 1.49%. It is really frustrating to me that they would move forward and run my credit knowing the year of my car and that more than likely it would not qualify. I contacted the manager, Mac Story, to ask if they could contact the credit bureaus to remove the inquiry as they radio ad was misleading. Mr. Story was borderline rude and basically told me it was the consumers responsibility to “read the fine print” and that he would not contact anyone to remove anything. False advertising...period.

Blanca Correa-Gutiérrez5Stopped in today to open up a checking account with my husband. The greeter (at the desk to the right as soon as you walk in) provided us with great customer service. Shew very helpful and thorough with the process and even explained the children's accounts when we inquired about them.

Manuel Gonzalez Jr.5Tried calling that didn't work, got past that and went into Countryside location in person. I rushed out of work to make it there in time. I had been working on re-financing a vehicle. The branch manager himself stepped in to help me close the deal. Mack was extremely helpful and informative in helping me understand the deal all while being in a time crunch before branch had to close. I would recommend this branch to anybody looking to re-finance their vehicle or to bank with someone new. Awesome service, very happy I stopped in.
