  Tried to call, Tues after 12:00 noon) for an appointment at a future date. No one answered the phone. Tried to make an appointment online, and the calendar would not take an appointment. Called Corporate banking and they could also not help. What do we do?

  Charge paper fees and have trouble keeping employees. They currently have a very rude teller. Would not help me with my deposit and turned his back and walked away. Loved the bank when Vicky was the manager there. Currently they have no manager!

  This was the only available bank in the region. Sadly, my myself, my business, and my family are going to need to consider changing to another bank.
