Lobby closed, only 2 drive up teller windows. now the location is closed until further notice. time to find a different bank.. US Banks poor coverage and the branch on 7th is worse than this one.

Angie Joyce11 drive thru teller open. Same car 30 min later still being helped. Had to leave. ATM won't deposit larger size checks beyond frustrated!

Cindy iokepa1Received an Auto insurance payoff check took it to this branch the closes one to where I picked it up from which was progressive 1 mile up the road. And found out they would hold the check for 2 business days since it wasn’t my branch and they had to transfer my funds to my branch from the legends area. I was told by my branch Policy is I would have $500 available then 24 hrs later the rest would be available. USBank is all USBank. The rules and stuff are all different causing me to be thrown off track with handling time sensitive business. It’s not a 3rd party check? It’s an insurance payoff check! Getting so exhausted with issues

Leslie Pena1I am extremely disappointed about how this is my go to bank! And first time ever go inside this branch I am disappointed in the customer service. The lady had a attitude before I even came in! She Didnt even great me. And didn’t care to Say a word through the whole proccess. Will totally not be coming back to this branch! extremely upset About how I was treated! I dont need a sorry! But what a lack of customer service!

IronmanKC815Ashely, the branch manager went way above and beyond to help my girlfriend and I with an auto loan. She stayed 45 minutes past closing finishing up the details and making calls to ensure we were taken care of that day and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Karena Ponce1DONT GO TO THIS BANK THEY GIVE OUT COUNTERFEIT BILLS!!! THEN REFUSE TO REFUND AND SAY THE CAMERS WONT ZOOM IN TO SHOW THE BILLS THE TELLER COUNTED IN HER HAND. I bet if the money went missing from the register the camera would work. They say all their money is passed through a machine to make sure it’s real but if that’s so why didn’t they want to look through the cameras to confirm all the money they received went through the machine. Obviously somebody dropped the ball and received cash from a deposit and just put it in the register HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRASH PEOPLE. I will be contacting the BBB and the ATTORNEY GENERAL!
