  My husband has and I have been to US Banks all over, Colorado, Ohio, and Iowa and this US bank hands down is the best one we have ever been to. It is only the best because of the staff. The staff is amazing, I wouldn’t recommend all US banks I would definitely recommend this one

  Phuc Lovan was fantastic when we were refinancing our home! Every time we called or text him with questions that we had he was always there to answer and help us out. Definitely recommend going through Phuc as USBank on Mormon trek.

  Terrible bank. I have had this bank for maybe two years and out of the blue I get a letter that they are closing my account. I call and am told they literally can not tell me and don’t have to. that there is no information the employee can even tell me but I did not break any terms and agreements so I am baffled? Not only this, they would CONSTANTLY lock my card for $20 in town charges and not tell me so I would find out when I would be trying to pay for things.

  When calling this location had the worst customer service and to be told after a series of 50 questions and told theres nothing he can do... Dont bank here you dont even deserve one star ...I'll be changing soon as possible...

  I'm really not liking the new location because it's so inconvenient to get there and we have to literally go all the way over there if we want to take money out,I liked how we could use atms to get money out in multiple locations but it's more difficult now and almost every time I call I can't get ahold of someone if I want to talk to them about my bank account.

  Always come here to use the ATM. Very convenient and easy to use. When I do have to go inside on the rare occasion, I’m always greeted with a smile! Knowledgeable and super quick. Recommend this US BANK!

  Customer service is poor no happy faces here went there to cash a check from an account there and was told it will cost me just to cash it. The person had no money in the bank and so I had to drive there twice a day till the check cleared when they could have saved me the drive with a phone call. I was told I have to come in to get the same information in person. I was not asking for any information about the account ONLY wanted to know if and when I could cash the check.
