      Go deal with a local bank or credit union. Cashmere Valley and Numerica are both good choices. US Bank seems like they should have local people, but you will deal with out of state people for lending or anything other than a checking account. The things the people say in person at the local bank will not hold up nor line up with what the out of state people will tell you. Very poor communication response time as well as misinformation.

      Reyes Ramírez was the best at this branch. If you can go to him. He was very friendly and fixed my problem quickly and efficiently. 👍🏽

      Wenatchee, WA last month we had a cash advance and cash deposit. Normally everything goes well never had a problem. Till last month April 2021 A new teller was at the drive up window. I counted the cash out and husband counted it but when we got home the receipt was for less than what we gave. My husband called the bank and he was told that after her shift and she counts her till, they will call me. One month later no call. We go again today and inquire about it. I get a call back this afternoon and no surprise the till was not over. Someone pocketed some money. If you go there double check everything before you leave. Not everyone is honest!

      Opened an account here huge mistake they were more than willing to take my money but once I went to spend it they placed a hold on my account without telling me. My family cant eat right now because of there trash practices and not only that they took copies of my personal information that somehow did not reach there corporate so now not only am I penniless hungry my personal information is just now out there floating around somewhere. Oh yah and the banks perpetually closed so cant even go close the account to get my money back. Screw you US bank you thief's.

      They charge you to cash checks with their name on it. Also they intentionally mix named their overdraft coverage and protection the coverage protects and the protection actually provides coverage(pulls money from another one of your accounts). Also beware none of their overdraft policies apply to recurring payments. It’s a bank I expect nothing less. Go to a credit union.

      I always use the ATM for this bank. Every time I go to the teller which isn’t many times at all it’s always a horrible experience. Use the ATM for a much better experience. Sucks that this is the only US Bank Wenatchee.

      While US Bank is horrific and horrible institution, Joanne is incredible! Thank you so much for helping me fix a problem from 4 years ago. You are the best! I bet BECU, Umpqua, or any other legit bank would love someone like Joanne.

      Charged me $7 to cash a check drawn on their bank. I cut out the middle man and went direct to source of funds. This should be lowest cost option. Why should my bank have to process their check. I will never voluntarily do business with US Bank.

      This location has the worst ATM, it is always down. The drive through line is usually long and takes 30 - 40 minutes for a simple deposit.
