Dean Sweeney1ATM always down. This bank is riddled with issues. It's partially my fault for still banking with them. Definitely going to be moving banks. I've had so many issues they won't let somebody else deposit more than $ 499 into an account but you can run $3000 through an ATM. Makes perfect sense.

Janice Wood1Have been with the branch for 4 years.Was 5 star +..Knew your name, concerned about your situation and ALWAYS available to help. Sherri was a HUGE loss 💔. Pathetic customer service and no one has the knowledge to help replace a debit card. Instead they froze the debit card….tried to use it many times after leaving the bank…DECLINED. It is gonna be a major undertaking to change EVERYTHING, including our mortgage, but we are moving every penny out of this incompetent branch.

michael reichow1The employees are nice enough but very understaffed and usually unable to answer the phone. Lines have been long when I have gone lately. My main beef is that I opened a safety deposit Box and was told it would be billed to my account. Just got a bill in the mail with an additional late fee and they refused to wave it even though it was the fault of the staff. Moving my money out even though it's a pain.

Desiree Diaz1Apparently a greeting when arriving to US Bank is not standard. Brenda the teller was extremely rude. When pulling up to the window she starred at me and said nothing. After I got what I need I said thank you and she said nothing. It’s the small things that make an experience memorable.

Lily Brannigan1My son and I were looking to open an account. The only person there that day who could help us was Danielle, the General Manager. She frowned a lot, was unwelcoming, and avoided eye contact. This was not the way I wanted to start a new relationship with a new bank. She also tried to tell us that our address did not exist and they couldn't open an account for us. Mind you this is an address where I receive VA medications, official mail, tax returns, and packages...but it doesn't exist.? Perhaps if she were a little friendlier about the situation, I wouldn't have left with such a bad taste in my mouth. Just needed to add something. It gets worse than this folks. I tried calling their national customer service line and the man who answered the call would not even let me speak. It is a testament to the way men with this company feel they can talk to women. As if anything we have to say isn't important. CEO is a rich white man...go figure.

Linda Bailey5Even though this branch is a bit out of the way, I like to do banking here. The tellers are friendly and helpful. Sherri, the Personal Banker, is just that. Very personable, professional and obliging. Could not ask for better service and with a personal touch!
