      Tellers are rude, extremely slow and just soooooo unhelpful. Give them 0 stars if I could. Only come here cause local one is closed. Been here twice and both times treated the same. Place is terrible.

      I waited in line at the drive through for 40 minutes. When I finally got to the window it took five minutes simply to make a payment. There is a reason this is NOT the bank I use for my banking business. It appeared there were two tellers, one for each line. However, I witnessed both of the female tellers disappear from sight rather than quickly complete the transaction and be prepared for the next customer. Terrible customer service.

      Our teller was okay once they warmed up to us, but my biggest concern was seeing employees wearing masks improperly and not wearing them at all. We’re still in a pandemic, I understand they may not have to work super closely to each other, but it’s irresponsible and unprofessional. I would avoid using anything besides the ATM here unless absolutely necessary.

      Poor customer service. They seem put out at having to deal with customers and it's hard if not impossible to get a hold of the branch via phone as they tend to leave it on voicemail, but I'm sure they will get extremely aggravated if I don't call my change order in prior to my arrival. If I try to do a change order on top of giving them my deposit they become really rude. I just drop my deposit in the night drop so I can avoid dealing with them and I'm not the only one. Miss our old branch that was perminantly closed. They were amazing.

      Alex and Jared are so great. I have never had any problems here. I know the wait times have been a little longer then normal because of the world right now but these two guys are killing it

      I had the best teller today, she was fast, consistent and professional. She really understands the importance of Customer service, which is so hard to come by these days, especially with rude people day in and day out. Thank you Mary Crabb!

      The teller, "Mary Crabb" is probably the worst lady I have ever dealt with. Not only would she not answer my questions i had about the deposit SHE made into the account when the money wasn't showing up she proceeded to just IGNORE me and started talking to another person working there while I'm standing in front of her simply asking if the money should have shown up as soon as I put it in. Worst bank in the tri cities. Glad I closed my account.

      Mary Crabb is a first rate teller. I always ask for her. She always has a smile and you can tell she loves her job. She makes her customers feel special and will do everything she can to make your experience a positive one.

      Made my deposit via mobile on the first. I realize it was a holiday but typically they still give you the first 200, well not this time. It's now the 4th I've called 3 times each time they say theyve fixed it and my 2 hundred will be there with the rest clearing tomorrow, yet nothing. They say oh were sorry blah blah. Well sorry dont pay the rent They tell me call back at 930. I've already called 3 times what's the point of calling again. I asked for a supervisor to which I was told it was a waste of time because they cannot push my deposit through. So freaking frustrated with this bank. Would love to give it zero stars.
