  This bank is not interested in providing service. During this Covid pandemic, they make it frustratingly difficult to do business. Slow lines at the drive up, can’t go inside to conduct one on one transactions. I made an online appointment thinking I could see someone, guess what. The email I got back was for a telephone call for two days in advance at 10:00 am. You guessed it, the woman who was supposed to call never did. I went and opened an account at another bank where you can go in and talk to someone. I will be closing my account as soon as I can personally go in and let them know the poor service at this branch. Worst by far in my dusty years.

  Great Bank! Ask for Anna when you go inside. Not only is she beautiful, but she'll save or make you a lot of money. Great customer service!

  I went in at 1:23 to open up a new account and they said they didn't have time because they were closing in 7 minutes. Never in my life have I ever seen someone turn down a new customer because they were closing in 7 minutes. Glad to take my business and money elsewhere
