  Update October 2021: This bank branch is an absolute joke! Got told today as a business customer that they could not provide me with a single roll of quarters or a dollar worth of pennies... They informed me that I would have to purchase 500 quarters in a bag unrolled or get nothing at all... This would be a really great place for a bank! How do they expect me to run a business and provide change to my customers if my banking establishment doesn't provide baking services? Original review: Their drive-thru is literally the slowest bank I have ever been to in my entire life!! You might get waited on with in 15 to 20 minutes If you're lucky... If you're ever in a hurry, choose to bank somewhere else.. I only deal with them because of the place I am employed has an account with them and I am responsible for that business is finances...

  We understand your frustration and want you to know we were not trying to be difficult, Jared. Once a week branches anticipate the amount of funds they are going to need to order from the cash vault broken down by denomination. Due to a national coin shortage, the branch is at 100% mercy of what our cash vault receives as they cannot fulfill each order for the branch, including rolling the coins. To ensure each branch has enough funds for all customers, the branch may not be able to provide you with what you may need each time. We appreciate your feedback regarding this experience.   Always a great place. I love doing business with the people, they’re what makes the difference. Steve, Melissa, Whitney, Jill, Joyce, and Kelsey are all great people and always pleasant. They also have worked to share promotional accounts with me that I have been happy to take advantage of, and US Bank has always payed the promotional rewards timely and conveniently. Great place to bank, great people to do business with.

  I always go to the atm here. It's convenient and fast but today it was glitching. So I had to go through the drive thru. For starters I had to wait for service, then when the lady came on the screen you could only see the top of her head and she was unpleasant. Then it took an additional amount of time to deposit money to my account. I spent 15mins from the time I got to the window and left. I am definitely disappointed today with the service.

  I had to go to my new bank again today. Made a deposit. And I had forgotten everything but the money. She did it all for me. The 1st time I called them a live person answered the phone. Yesterday the branch president took me outside and helped me fix my screwed up login at the ATM and told me all the nuances of their machines.This was the branch president. I have gotten nothing but superb treatment from these people. I still can't believe it. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop.

  Slowest service I've ever received from a bank in my life. And they close whenever they want not when their signage says they will. Very dissatisfied with this location.

  The worse bank in town to sit for 25 minutes in line and not move. Get to the teller and the lady is so rude! Worse service ever! Don’t go to that bank.

  Sat in drive-thru for over 20 minutes, while one person working during lunch rush. get your act together!!!

  Maybe try updating your hours on google as they change. FYI the bank is not open until 5pm on Fridays...
