  My fiancé got a car from you guys not to long ago within the first week he notice quite of bit stuff wrong with the car talked to them about it and said they would fix some of it but no all even though they were problems he had mentioned when he got it and they said they will be ordering parts or following up etc. as of today the car randomly started smoke and the car won’t start he didn’t wreck or nothing just started it to go home and it would overheat and stall. Hope you guys start taking care of you customers needs when the issue was first addresses

  First off, they con you into giving 5 star reviews but never follow what they agree to. They overprice their cars. I purchased a 2008 and will end up paying over $20k for it. Tried to trade it in with a legit dealer after totaling my backup vehicle and was told that it’s too overpriced and they wouldn’t be able to pay it off. They agree to fix something but then ignore you when you need it. When test driving the car, the drivers door handle would not open the door. Was told it would be fixed by the time I picked it up. They claim it never did it again when they went to fix it but to let them know if it did it again within the week. It happened 2 days later, I sent Kami a video of it happening and was ignored so it never got fixed. I work for an agency that gives me peoples personal information and that job includes driving to their homes. I cannot lock the car because then I get stuck not being able to get in without going through the passenger side. This leaves identifiable information at risk of being stolen. Do. Not. Buy. From. Here.

  Love Cami and Nia but the GM is not very professional!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS PLACE! I bought a car because I was told it had heated seats the drivers side which is where I sit does not work! I called to see if they would make it right! Mind you I did not even have the car a week when I realized it did not work! Nia tried to do what she could but the GM said they will not fix it so I bought a car under false information!! I am talking to an attorney and reporting them to the BBB. I don't expect the car to be perfect it was a used car but I bought it for the heated seats that DO NOT WORK!!!

  My fiancé is going through them. Customer service is NOT professional at all. They have other people in the office but Kami was the only person working with every one. Kami was working with 3 people at once. I felt bad for her. Not only that when my fiancé called he asked about a specific car and they told him that’s the one he’s interested in they said they have it and when we got there they didn’t have it. We needed a family car and had to settle with something smaller then what we was looking for. They didn’t even tell us the payments until after all paperwork was signed when that’s the first thing they should start with to make sure people can even afford it. If they would have told us half the things they told us in the office over the phone then we would have never went through them…..after spending almost 4 hours there we just said eff it and went through them anyways, they took up most of our day no reason have to go through it all over again with someone else….but still not happy. Plus the car we got yeah it’s not inside but on the outside there’s nice size patch of paint missing and we also noticed it look like someone jammed a pen in the door on top of that on the way home the light came on for a tire pressure sensor was bad… Being an auto credit you think they would fix that before selling…but nope they didn’t…….

  I don't recommend getting a vehicle from here. Got a 2011 Nissan Rogue & 2 weeks off the lot my blower motor went out, mind you try going through winter with no heat. Called & asked what they could do for me & was told that it was my responsibility. After I bought the extended warranty from them.

  My wife wanted to purchase a 2013 Sonic that was priced almost 3x higher than its value but she was sold on the warranty they were bragging about. After having the car a couple weeks we had a check engine light come on and of course none of the repairs would be covered under the warranty. I feel as though this company lies to its customers and takes advantage of people's situation. I would absolutely not buy another vehicle from this company nor recommend anyone to purchase from them.
