  I’ve been with this bank for a little over two years now but just moved to this location. I often work 60 hour weeks and in between shifts have many Dr. appointments so I’m often in work clothes or comfy clothes. I also very much prefer the drive thru because it is much quicker and easier for me. For them to refuse service to me at the window and me come in side. Only to hear them talking very loudly about me while I can clearly hear them is unbelievably disrespectful. Thank you to the very nice teller who was taking care of me inside who politely and quietly told the two ladies that I could hear them. This issue has happened at least three separate times at this point and it really needs to be addressed. I will be taking my banking needs elsewhere.

  I was at the door at 8:08 am and they weren't open yet. So I found out that they open at 9:00 not as what google map at 8:00. Please google make sure with any information you post.

Vernon branch are for our Drive-Up location which opens for business at 8:00 a.m. Monday - Friday. Our lobby opens the following hour at 9:00 a.m. Monday – Saturday. Our goal is to make certain our customers know staff would be available at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, not in the lobby, but in the drive-up.
