  Been with this bank for many years. Generally 2 tellers are staffed. Get real. You make profit. Hire some more employees. The line is always this long doesn't matter which day

  1/20/2020 Once again you had MY back as a customer, thank you! The more I deal with you as my bank the more impressed I am with your service. EVERY TIME I have been treated fairly and my problem was fixed then and there. I feel your employees are empowered to handle situations and they always treat me well. I see this as a direct reflection of how those same employees are treated by management and THAT is why you have me as a customer. Thanks again I love this bank! They surpass my expectations every time and leave me genuinely impressed with their services. I had an issue with a vendor charging my account, the employees did a great job with resolution. Because they took a little extra time it completely flipped the outcome in my favor. I have found myself pleasantly shocked at the services provided on more than one occasion. Keep it up US Bank your doing things right by me! Thank You!!

  wish i can give this place negative stars. workers aren’t very helpful at all and can’t do their job well. hope they replace the workers soon. tone down your attitude next time. you just work their you don’t own the place

  The ATM outside is down so I go inside there is a line and only one teller is working and she is taking forever, gotta love the customer service😞
