  Poor customer service Snotty and impolite. Customer wrote me a check I took it to his bank and they charge me seven dollars Because I don’t have account with them but customer does

  I deposited my work check in the atm along with cash and I called to let them know that it wasn't showing on my receipt but it took my check and my cash and their saying it could take up to 10 days for me to receive my money I'm very disappointed I been with this bank 9 plus years nothing but a disappointment.

  The wait at US Bank is always long. It seems as if the tellers fill their day by dragging their feet and running their mouths. This is a small inconvenience, I suppose, compared to their incompetency.

  The ladies helping you actually get to know you. Make jokes, ask about things you’ve mentioned before and are super nice. Location sucks to get in and out of during rush hour but otherwise, yasss.

  Make a deposit in cash on a Saturday and the still dont have it deposited by tue night. Now my card is declined. Money stealing people.
