Renay Weber5Staff at ALL GreenState branches have been nothing but courteous and helpful! Even when short-staffed during Covid, or when very busy on a Friday evening just before closing, the employees always have a smile and are ready to take care of their customers. The employees at SW 9th are greeting me by name now, and are more than helpful ... They're understanding and caring!

Dat Trinh5Professional, personal and very member oriented! I've been coming to this branch for years and have never been dissatisfied with any of my visits. Brooklyn is extremely efficient and knowledgeable everytime I've asked her for any help. Dulce, who I believe is the manager here, always greets you with a smile and always has the answers to any of my questions. Myself, my mom and a few of my employees bank here and will continue to do so! I always refer people to GreenState CU just because they are so pleasant and easy to do business with.

Shane Sullivan5I opened an account not long ago. The girls were great, easy to talk to, and were able to answer any questions that I had. Shawntel was the one that helped me and she always had the Knowledge and answers to anything I may have been unsure about. All around great location! I was treated very well by everyone including the manager, she does a great job at handling customers and still making sure her other employees and customers are taken care of.

Tina Boyers1Worst place to do business, this bank lack communication, as well as the ability to be respectful to customers and the ability to take responsibility for their mistakes. One representative will tell you one thing and another will tell you the opposite. I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I’ve done business with this place for some time now and not once have anyone called/ emailed or sent anything in the mail about a new balance. Trust they will lie and say they did. I been through the drive through over 1000 times asking Important questions and not once has anyone had some since to mention changes made. They never seem to know what they are doing honestly. Take your business to another place you will thank me later. The disappointment

T MEUER-CRAWFORD1Opened up a loan in November 2020. Told the loan processer IN AN EMAIL; no term longer than 60 months. Made my first payment in December. Finally received my January billing (which is in odd increments of how those are sent out to me; different story) and thought the numbers didn't add up. They didn't; the guy set me up for an odd 72-75-ish term instead. I moved that loan out of that a place. Gentleman did apologize in an email but no way I can could do business with a place with an error of this statue. Ironically when I requested contact for a Complaint area to dispute this item from a lady I chatted with online; didn't get one. Only got passed on to the loan guy. I hope someone higher up reviews this and can see who messed this one up! #movingon

Samantha Curry1I would give this bank 0 stars if i could. WELLS FARGO is better than they are. I tried switching over banks they canceled my transaction and then charged me a fee of $32. So now I can't even switch over. Literally the worst bank chain in town put your money somewhere else. It's not surprising they have so many bad views on Google
