      UPDATE- The flag has been replaced. Thank you for being so responsive! All the best to you. I respectfully ask that the flag currently displayed at the US Bank, 815 West 63rd Street location be retired and replaced--or at a minimum retired. It is a shred of cloth flying over this branch sending a message of dispair and neglect. Thank you.

      This bank is the worse I’ve dealt with. Might be better for elderly people. But they have no trust in the youth. They treat me as if I’m a scammer and till this day my account is frozen with $700 in there. And the branch manager told me lie, on top of lie as to why my account is frozen. And it’s been a week going on 2 yet this issue is still not resolved. I’ve put in my complaint with the state already. Hopefully they can stop this from happening to the next person my age. Basically I deposit too much money into my account and they see it as fraud. But I thought that’s why you open a bank account to make deposits. Big or small.

      The worst. I walked into the lobby to use the atm and found that it was down. I stood in line for what seemed like an eternity only to be told that they couldn't draw money off my card, because they don't accept American Express. Yet she has an American Express pen in her possession and when I went over to write my name down on the sign in sheet to see a banker it had American Express in bold letters across the top. I grew tired of waiting on a banker, because they were backed up too and so I left. I realized that they had the atm's in the drive thru and walked over and used it. I hope my next visit is better.

      It is really annoying to look on the website and it says that the drive through opens at 8am but when I get there at 8:07, it's not open. Now, I have to waste gas making another trip after I just got off work and want to go to bed. This is not the first time either. Last time, I tried to go to the drive through between 5 and 6 pm and it was closed then too. Someone needs to update the business hours if they have changed or make sure the employees get to work and open when they're supposed to. I'm so disgusted and will travel to any other U.S. Bank before I go to this one again.

      I hate going to the one on 63rd st. Near Halsted the drive up ATM always one that works and that one this morning I tried to deposit money and it was broke. Machines are old and out dated the one that was broke the card reader was ripped and split. They need to have more US Banks around like Chase Bank. I really thinking about changing banks.

      I use to love coming to this branch.. I'm not sure if the branch is open. It's a large branch large enough for social distancing & when I call no answer & it took a month for a call back.. The drive thru has been closed for a while before covid.. what's the purpose of this branch?
