Haley Adams5Never have had an issue with this branch. Opened my account there a few years ago. I went in today to get some assistance with an account and was in and out quick, even with them being short staffed at the moment.

Judy Walter2This branch needs a separate line leading up to the drive thru at the side of the buildingmbuilding for ATM. ATM customers wait behind teller customers, instead of doing their transaction and moving on. It's very frustrating when cars are blocking that unmarked lane.

Eva Mae Coleman1My daughter went to the drive thru on 6-20-18 @ 2:20pm. She didnt leave til 2:50pm she said no one was in the drive thru or lobby. After waiting 30 minutes she says to the teller " thanks for just standing there for so long now I'm late for work". The teller smiled and giggled. This is so UNPROFESSIONAL!

Nathaniel Todd5Just moved to the area and this bank is conveniently located and tellers all seem friendly to me! Helped me out tremendously with an issue that many other banks in the area wouldn't help me with. Definitely doesn't deserve 2 stars!

Chris Chapman1I have been a member at us bank for over 14 years and never had a problem here until the new manager took control. The main teller constantly has an attitude like she is being bothered, sloppy mistakes galore that end up costing me time and money. They've had a new teller every week the last year and it's beginning to make sense why. I don't recommend the Saint Clair branch to anyone.

Angel Seals1Absolutly tired of banking with this particular location. Sign says the drive-thru closes at 5, and they have a bad habbit of closing before said time. Super unprofessional. And I will be calling corporate.
