  We got a construction loan through Farmers and Toni Van Leer has been absolutely amazing and so patient with us while building our house. We had to extend the loan a few times due to covid and some other issues we had. She was always there to reassure us that everything was fine. We called her, probably more than we needed, but she was always happy to help us. We are so grateful for everything she has done to get us into our new home, we could not have done this without her!
