      Have used the folks at US Bank for over a decade now, and have handled a couple mortgages and my personal and business banking accounts there. I've always had excellent customer service from them. Lately, during the Covid restrictions, doing my banking in the drive through has been an inconvenience with only one teller operating at peak hours (lunch break), leading to long lines and wait times. I've often spent half my lunch break trying to make a deposit. They've also adjusted their hours so that they close early and are closed during another hour during the day - makes it challenging for folks that work during business hours. Adding an additional teller to the drive through at peak times would be a major plus!

      Been banking at us for many years. Do you plan to ever open the Hibbing branch up again, or will it be just drive thru? Thinking about closing my account and going some place thats open and has longer business hours. When you work 7am to 5pm and the drive thru is open 930 to 400. Its impossible to get there.

      Deposited $2,520.00 in the atm at Hibbing US BANK. Said error occurred and can’t deposit or refund my money!! US BANK says they don’t own the atm and can’t give my money back! Hibbing cops are worthless and say there’s nothing they can do!! Don’t use their atm or bank there unless you want to get ripped off!

      You need more tellers in your drive through. It's crazy to just have one for everything.
