I didn't even have to ask. You saw that I can't wait for so long and I was in a hurry. You helped me solve my problem by guiding me through the US Bank app. It literally took 2 mins. Thak you for being so patient with me!

Brian Wind1The employees seem fine but I absolutely hate going to this bank to make deposits for work. There's only 1 drive thru lane for commercial accounts & it is shared with an atm. This bank seems to have no regard for people's time as 2 cars in front of you in the commercial lane is consistently at least a 20 minute wait. Because I'm not an inconsiderate a-hole, I drop off my deposits then pick then up later so no one behind me has to wait at my expense. But because a lot of people are inconsiderate a-holes that sit at the window for 15 minutes while the teller handles the transaction, it'd be nice if the bank would take charge and tell them to pull ahead like every other business that operates a drive thru does (or have them go back to end of line) so the person behind them doesnt have to sit and wait just to pick up an envelope.

Tyson1If you are looking for a bad experience and attitude from the drive through tellers, this is the place for you. A simple mistake on my part when I accidentally dropped some bills in the car and asked her to recount the money because we thought it was short turned into a debacle. I apologized for my mistake and the teller rolled her eyes and showed obvious signs of being really upset at us. Her reaction should have been "No problem, I understand." Instead she said I accused her of taking our money. Just an insane experience that didn't need to be anything more then an agreed upon mistake.

Johnathan Bovee1Walked in this morning to open a bank account and they have no signs or anything that lets you know you'll need an appointment, I unfortunately needed service today and between the two bankers and 2 tellers no one could help me at that time with no one in the bank. So I'm off to a different business to support them and will be probably transfering our other account out of this business.

L Howard1Been there twice and had to wait over 40 mins and ask why the long wait only to be told that they have other customers and we’re busy… although cars were coming and going after I arrived. No apologies just “we’re busy”. I have had better luck and other locations and never going to that location again

James Erickson1Manager(Michael) is the absolute worst when it comes to understanding what Customer service means. Spent 10 minutes telling me why the account summary i printed from their website was wrong and refused to address the issue. When i said I'd just move my banking elsewhere he shrugged and said OK. You're better off keeping your money under your mattress than dealing with any institution run like this branch is.

Rod Coleman1Awful service this evening. I stopped in to get a medallion signature on a form. First, the teller did not know the difference between a medallion and a notary signature. Fair enough, I think she was new and a lot of people don't know what they are, so I explained the difference. She asked me to have a seat and someone would help me. I waited over 20 minutes and they started locking up. I stopped a banker who asked if I needed help and told her I why I was waiting. She said they need a branch manager to produce the signature and they were out. When I asked if someone could have told me that twenty minutes ago, her response was "Umm, I don't know." I walked to the door and had to be let out by the same person. Not so much as an apology or have a good evening. Whoever the branch manager is, I advise that you train your people. Thanks a lot.

Heidi Ashby1I'd give no star of it let me! 1 teller working the whole inside. I was second on line of eight people. Someone came to help after I had waited probably 20 mins. Alllll I was doing was a straight even amount withdrawal. The teller was making mistakes, then came back and told me my amounts were wrong, I on limited patience, pointed out my addition was correct, teller went back to get my cash and still doing something that took forever. Awful service! Don't bank here if you're thinking about it!
