Sam Kassa1Since they took over from Firefly I got nothing but problems. All of my online purchase has been declined (they are all under 3,000). I called them and was told it was for my own protection. WHAT? I had to use a different credit card to make purchase online every time. Their Saving account sucks big time even with high balances. Car and home loans...not good. no discount for anything. ZERO. I will be closing all of my accounts and go to Wings or SharePoint or something. Stay away!

Mark Ignatenkov1A dumpster fire of a bank. I wish firefly was still it's own credit union. Absolutely one of the worst banks I have ever been apart of. Avoid them at all costs. If there is something any other credit union can do in 5 mins these guys will take at least 45 mins on their best day. If you value your time, sanity, and hard earned money I suggest you avoid them at all cost.

EH Flooring Sales Evan Hopkins1Went into lobby to discuss opening an account for our new business. When i approached the desk i broke up a conversation between 3 employees at the nearest "service" desk. They abruptly walked away ... no hello, no smile, just one guy saying "...be right back"? He wasnt, the others avoided eye contact for a few minute. I finally just walked away and left. So awkward, so unnecessary. Will be a great "how to lose a client, before they even become one" customer service story some day.

Cassandra Donald1I miss Firefly Credit Union. I have had nothing but problem after problem every single time I need anything ever since the merge with Trustone. Not to mention you can’t schedule a future payment for some reason, they throw in random fees, and you have to wait on hold forever to speak to anyone. I’m thinking of refinancing my auto loan to go through somewhere else.

Craig DK1Trustone cancelled all of my cards and never sent my new ones like they said they would during the merger with Firefly. Customer support was nonexistent. I dont think the agents even had tools available to help anyone with this issue. This was a very poorly managed merge. I'm moving all of my loans and cancelling my accounts. It might not have been so bad if I didnt find out my cards were cancelled when I had my entire life packed in a trailer halfway accross the country, but it was.

I H T W1TruStone just does not cut it, $3K daily limits on debit card purchases, card member services close at 5pm, weekdays only, nobody can help you raise limits, no permanent raise on limits. As a previous Firefly member, this merge has done nothing but disappoint. I’ll be switching back to some national bank, immediately, the convenience factor is so worth it.

Anthony Dee1Was with firefly and loved it. I transferred from US bank and firefly was my first Credit union, now since the merger with TruStone I feel like I am back at a big corporate bank again. Lobbies are very understaffed customer service has gone down. My wife and I are seriously considering moving our auto loans and all our accounts to wings credit union. TruStone is not impressive at all.. if you’re reading this review considering banking with them I wouldn’t… I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Kevin Stoll1I can only speak to auto loan.They are not informed on taxation and trade ins They could not comprehend I didn't need taxes paid for on my loan because there wouldn't be any.My trade in had higher value than the car I was purchasing.Kept asking me if the taxes should be added to loan ,My head was ready to explode.Last time I'll ever set foot in Truestone

S t r a w b e r r y1I can't even give them a star but I had to so 1 star it is. Since the "merger" with Firefly costumer service is a joke. This wasn't a merger it was an acquisition and we were lied to. They have adopted all of TruStone's policies without informing or caring about what Firefly members were accustomed to. I have many family who have been longtime Firefly (US Federal Credit Union) members and not one of them has had a positive experience, quite the opposite all have been angry with the inconveniences we've encountered. Complaints fall on deaf ears as the poor employees are taking the abuse but no one at the top is listening or cares. I imagine they figure we'll all get used to it and the inconvenience of switching banks will keep us. So my goal is at the very least to inform new people to steer clear, avoid this bank and go elsewhere, you won't be sorry!

Ray MacDonald1Loves firefly credit union. HATE trustone. Wish they never merged. Customer service is horrible. Dont do as they say. If they tell you you will hear back the next day. You will find you need to call them 4 times in the next week to get a response and then they send a lein release to the incorrect address. Post an issue online.... good luck hearing back. Website. Yeah don't get me started. The end user experience is pathetic.
