  Brady helped us fund our dream home and we couldn't be happier. He knocked out our pre-approval very fast and was very responsive as we updated offers in bidding wars- always generating a property-specific, offer-specific pre-approval letter. And when some of the numbers came back higher than expected on insurance, etc., Brady anticipated my concerns and had multiple options to defray some of the closing costs. It felt like Brady always had an answer, was always ready for what was coming next, and he was just very pleasant to work with. Brady took the time to actually explain the mortgage process, the application process, and what my options were. This was my third home purchase, third mortgage, and I learned so much along the way thanks to Brady. I felt like I was always informed and he and his team were always immediately responsive by email, phone, and/or text. The online platforms are awesome for e-signing, applying, uploading documents, etc. I really appreciated being able to simply link and digitally verify my accounts, taxes, etc., instead of having to find/download/upload a ton of statements. Brady knew what we needed and he delivered. We closed on our dream house a few days ago and we couldn't be happier.

  I initially had a different lender , they were very slow , they couldnt get everything done before the closing date. I contacted brady about 1.5 weeks prior to the closing date..he was super fast ..very informative, ..very patient with me as i was a first time home buyer and had so many questions and had good rates ..got the whole loan done just in time... I would highly recommend brady !

  Working with Brady and his team was seamless and easy! I've banked with Wells Fargo for years, so you'd think they would have given me good service and rates. Not only was it difficult to communicate with Wells Fargo about what they needed from me, the rates weren't as good as what Brady found for me. Brady made our first time home mortgage an absolute breeze. No stress, no concern, no issues. I would recommend Brady and his team to anyone and everyone. Thanks for all your HARD work!!!!

  Brady did a fabulous job closing on my most recent loan. He was prompt at getting back to me via telephone calls or emails. He guided me through the entire process from start to finish, and helped me appreciate the value of working with a mortgage broker. It was very clear to me that he wanted what was best for his customers.

  Brady and his team were great to work with. Having previously been in the mortgage industry for years my expectations of a loan officer were somewhat lofty. After working with a bank and getting the run around and lack of communication I went to Brady. The approval was handled in hours instead of days, the conditions to close the loan went almost as fast as the initial approval. Rates were competitive with anyone around, but the service far surpassed what I expected. Great communication during the process. If you are a real estate agent looking for a lender to work with you would have a hard time finding a better person and outfit than Brady and Prime Lending.

  Brady and the Caliber team delivered beyond my expectations in getting my loan processed. This was a difficult processing, as we had a very long escrow period per seller request, and because of the coronavirus in the middle of escrow. They persevered in managing the details, and I am happy to be in my house, and to have been able to get a great rate.
