      I am a new U.S. Bank customer, but so far my experience has been excellent. I left Bank Of America after 8 years to come here. This branch treats their customers like family, and the manager Kristal, is a phenomenal employee, assisting me efficiently in remedying a hold.

      Had something rather important, but a pain for this employee to do in my opinion, and she was absolutely wonderful to deal with and glad to help. Kristal K. was absolutely wonderful and can't say enough! Bravo Kristal...someone give her a raise!

      I do not even have an account with this bank or branch. I just simply came here to use the drive thru atm machine they have behind their building. The machine ate my debit card and then said I will not be getting my own card back. When I came by the next morning cause they were closed after 5. They told me my card was destroyed and that there's nothing they can do. Remorselessly. Unbelievable. You guys need to fix that atm machine I ordered a new card like you guys told me. But seriously that's so bogus. Clearly this bank isn't attending to their customers needs. Pursuit of laziness

      I had the worst service at this branch. If you are of color do not use this branch. I was talking to the branch manager trying to finish setting up my account, which I am now going to close. She was very rude. Instead of trying to help me finish the process, she refused to help me. Based off of this experience. I will choose to put my money somewhere else. I don't trust U S Bank now. They are making money off me. I'm not making money off them. All of the females in there are rude. I am going to talk with my attorney to see file a descrimination lawsuit.

      Worst customer service! In the branch and over the phone. Manager does not care about customer satisfaction like most other banks do. What bank runs out of temp checks? How can I not open an account with using my Venmo money? Closing my account here.
