  I've never had a problem with service here. They are always helpful & nice. I get the greatest deals on silver. In regards to "low offers on pawn items. . It's the same everywhere, it's supposed & demand people. These guys are great & i don't bother going anywhere else.

  I will only deal with this shop from now on. Its a good feeling when you can trust the people your dealing with. I believe the owners name is Dan he gave me a fair trade on my items with no hassle. I went to a couple of shops in the area, either they were trying to rip me off or they are not as knowledgeable. I don't have time for BS, I highly recommend this shop over others..

  I've been here many times and I have to say they are by far the best pawn shop in the area, I brought a couple clips for a pistol I don't own anymore, I had a thought of how much I wanted considering what I paid and they offered exactly that without even putting it out there. Awesome shop only pawn shop I'll go to. Thanks guys BTW I seen some others reviews and the bad ones are unprofessional people who are at competition with these guys and work at the other pawn shops, grow up you pathetic losers! Lol

  The guys that work here are super. They really try to help you when you need it. I've had to pawn items several time and they genuinely care about customer service.

  These low ballers don't pay anything for anything. I've attended the party many items here most notably my most recent attempt I took in a $200 Benchmade Adamas pocket knife and the guy tried to give me 25 bucks for it and he said maybe 25 bucks steer clear of these folks

  On a personal level when you are working with the public and you are an employee representing the proprietor that hired you, you need to have patience and self control of your conduct and composer to whom you are doing business with, there employees need to learn a lesson in the code of conduct and professionalism when dealing with customers they have an employee fairly new that needs these lessons or this business will end up sinking

  I will go to no other been going here since they opened Always helped when needed very fair on loans.. By far the best customer service in hemet and san Jacinto hands down... Don't let the other shops miss lead you all come here will not be disappointed.... Thanks Dan Nathan and all the staff there

  This is possibly the worst pawn shop in America All they do is waste your time even when calling ahead to ask if they accept specific items. I could get better service from a day care
