  I have been a customer of US bank for about 17 years. At this branch Kudos to Tamiko - she is consistently one of the best tellers/customer service reps I have encountered in banking! I have also encountered some amazing personal bankers and managers at this location - sadly as of to date they have moved on. Unfortunately in 2019 I have had some unpleasant experiences at this location -- for example I actually saw one male bank rep turn off the lights at the drive up window, I imagine because he appeared to be using his personal cell phone while I waited. The attitude shift here has been awful this past year- shameful since before that I had no complaints about the customer service here.

  Worst service from any bank that I have gone to. I have been with US Bank for going on 30 years really makes me rethink being loyal to a bank that has such bad customer service. All the Manger can do is apologize from all the comments below how about do your job and Manage your unhelpful people

  Horrible! Everytime i come here to pay my mortgage I have to wait! I just now spent 30 mins in drive thru! Thankful I don't have personal banking here! Changing banks soon so i don't have to deal the rude and slow service anymore!!!!!!!!

  I can believe the service at this location Is so so terrible!! I’m been customer at us bank for 5 years and this is my first time I be treated so bad Tellers are so unprofessional and grumpy I never come back at this location...
