  There was a little bit of a wait, and I wouldn’t exactly say it’s the best neighborhood. However Anna the assistant bank manager was very helpful knowledgeable and professional. She handled everything that I needed taken care of and even though it was a series of issues so I’m a little more complex than others because of different banking accounts and small business. But she breezed right through it with no problems whatsoever I definitely will return again

  Went to several branches to close my business account and they couldn't. They said they don't have a business banker on duty. I've been to several branches . They all are saying the same thing. They take your money but you can't get it out. This bank is definitely going downhill. ☹️

  There atm in front let me give it 140 to deposit into my account and then said it took to long to process and gave me my card back and kept my money. This was 3 weeks ago...

  Extremely long wait times. Very poor customer service. Every since Ryan left, this location has plummeted. Typically only 1 or 2 tellers working behind the counter at any give time, including a lunch rush on a payday. I’m here and was just informed it would be a 35 minute wait OUTSIDE in the cold just to make a deposit or buy change inside..... the two open drive thru lines have 4 cars each waiting.... Would not recommend this location until management takes steps to higher more help. I’ll update my review if things change but this is accurate as of 1:30pm on 1-15-2021.

  Tuesday morning,On May 11, 2021 I went to deposit a cheque . Accidentally, just a date was missing in the cheque and the only cashier went to her supervisor, where is ignored my concern and said NO . I felt bad humiliation and I closed my entire account right way . I do not recommend any of my friends and families to go this branch and get humiliated. Sorry and thank you.

  Just had a great experience at this branch! The manager went through the line facilitating customers needs to speed up everything. I was very impressed!! Great awareness by the manager.

  My favorite bank to go to when I’m in Columbus! I always get fast service and the manager Raini always gives my kids suckers! She’s the best!

  Wouldn't take my cash deposit because they didn't have enough help. Took my checks, ripped me off $216, counted check as $2.18 when it was $218. Now I have to waste time to argue with the idiots. Other than that, great place!

  Terrible bank and branch, branch manager has no idea what they are doing. ATM is often not working or won't accept deposits. Can't view images of deposits without paying fees per month. Not satisfied at all
